GREG GANDY
Greg Gandy brings a strong sense of leadership, dedication, and community connection to every client experience. As a longtime Clear Lake resident, Greg has spent decades building relationships and giving back to the area he proudly calls home. His background in coaching youth football, baseball, and basketball for over twelve years reflects his commitment to mentorship, teamwork, and helping others succeed—values he carries into his real estate career.
Greg has also been actively involved in local organizations, including serving as President of the Clear Lake High School Baseball Booster Club and volunteering with various golf and community initiatives. At Bay Oaks Country Club, he currently serves as President of the MGA and, alongside Karen, as an Ambassador, welcoming and connecting with new members.
In real estate, Greg is known for his ability to connect with people, navigate challenges, and provide steady, thoughtful guidance throughout the buying and selling process. His problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and genuine care for clients allow him to build trust quickly and maintain it long after closing.
